I'm Minh

I am also
More importantly I am a person who values the full depth of humanity in its entirety. A person who feels deeply and strives to offer compassion and grace for each person on a path toward their dharma.

I was raised with a traditional Vietnamese upbringing in tandem with a formal and western education and upbringing. My first language is Vietnamese. English is the latter. I grew up with a mother that practiced herbal and holistic practices to support my well being because that was all she knew from the coastal province of the Mekong Delta of where she was raised. Prayer, meditation, herbal remedies, Buddhist practices, chanting, mindfulness practices, holistic healing, spiritual ceremonies and cultural rituals played a significant part in my upbringing.

I was also blessed with the conventional western upbringing that exposed me to advancements in science, technology, and data. My formal education led me from visual merchandising, to teaching and finally to the mental health field. In my process, I discovered that helping people to integrate, find balance and create connection with their heart, mind, spirit and body deepened my capacity to support others in unearthing their strengths to lead meaningful lives. Through integrative practices, I support people in connecting to themselves and with others. In my practice I integrate various modalities that encourage clients to increase compassion for themselves and foster a healthy and balanced way of living.

As a therapist, I guide clients back to their innate knowing, resilience, and ego strengths that serve to support them in a reawakening of their lives.
